Instructions

- Muddle mint mixture: In a Collins glass, muddle the 12 fresh mint leaves with fresh lime juice and granulated sugar. This releases the mint’s essential oils and dissolves the sugar to create a flavorful base.
- Assemble the drink: Fill the glass with ice, pour the blended cream and rum mixture over the ice, and then top off with seltzer to add a refreshing fizz to the cocktail.
