Instructions
- Preheat the Grill: Preheat your pellet grill to 425°F to ensure it reaches the perfect temperature for melting and toasting.
- Melt Butter: Place a 10-inch skillet on the hot grill and swirl the butter around until fully melted, coating the skillet evenly.
- Add Chocolate and Cream: Remove the skillet from the heat. Add the finely chopped milk chocolate and heavy cream to the skillet, then let it sit undisturbed for 2 to 3 minutes to soften the chocolate.
- Combine Chocolate Mixture: Return the skillet to the grill heat and stir the chocolate and cream mixture until it is smooth and fully combined.
- Add Marshmallows: Top the chocolate mixture evenly with marshmallows (use the whole bag). Close the grill lid and cook for 8 to 10 minutes until marshmallows have melted. For a toasted golden brown, cook for 12 to 15 minutes.
