Cauliflower:
- 1 head of cauliflower cut into florets
Breading:
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/3 cup panko bread crumbs
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
Sweet and Spicy Sauce:
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons chili garlic sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and place a wire rack on a baking sheet sprayed with nonstick spray.
- Bread the cauliflower: Dip cauliflower florets in beaten eggs, then coat in bread crumbs mixture. Place on the wire rack and spray with olive oil.
- Roast the cauliflower: Roast for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Make the sauce: Heat honey, chili garlic sauce, sugar, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic in a saucepan. Simmer until thickened.
- Coat the cauliflower: Drizzle roasted cauliflower with the sauce. Garnish with green onions and serve!
