For Chicken Marinade
- 2 large Chicken Breasts
- 2 tbsp / 30 ml Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp / 30 ml Lemon Juice
- 3 cloves Garlic Minced
- 1/4 tsp / 1.42 g Salt
- 1/2 tsp / 3 g Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp / 3 g Red Chili Powder
- 1/2 tsp / 3 g Chili Flakes
- 1/2 tsp / 3 g Oregano
- 1/2 tsp / 3 g Cumin Powder
- 1/2 tsp / 3 g Paprika Powder Smoked
For Wrap Sauce
- 1/2 cup / 120 g Greek Yogurt
- 2 tbsp / 30 ml Sriracha Sauce
- 1 tbsp / 15 ml Lemon Juice
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp / 3 g Garlic Granules
- 1 tbsp Parsley Chopped
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 large Tortilla
- Chopped Lettuce
- Chopped Onion
- Chopped Tomatoes
- Chopped Cucumber
For Assembling The Wrap
Instructions
- Prepare The Chicken – Place chicken breasts between parchment paper and pound to 1/2-inch thickness. Set aside.
- Marinate The Chicken – Mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and spices. Marinate chicken for 30 minutes.
- Cook The Chicken – Grill marinated chicken until cooked through.
- Prepare The Wrap Sauce – Combine yogurt, sriracha, lemon juice, and seasonings. Set aside.
- Assemble The Wrap – Spread wrap sauce on tortilla, add lettuce, chicken, and veggies. Roll up tightly.
- Serve and Enjoy – Garnish with lemon and coriander, then enjoy!
