Description

These Spicy Grilled Chicken Wraps are a perfect balance of flavors, featuring marinated grilled chicken, a zesty wrap sauce, and fresh veggies all wrapped up in a soft tortilla. A delicious and satisfying meal for any day of the week!

For Chicken Marinade

  • 2 large Chicken Breasts
  • 2 tbsp / 30 ml Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp / 30 ml Lemon Juice
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1/4 tsp / 1.42 g Salt
  • 1/2 tsp / 3 g Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp / 3 g Red Chili Powder
  • 1/2 tsp / 3 g Chili Flakes
  • 1/2 tsp / 3 g Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp / 3 g Cumin Powder
  • 1/2 tsp / 3 g Paprika Powder Smoked

For Wrap Sauce

  • 1/2 cup / 120 g Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp / 30 ml Sriracha Sauce
  • 1 tbsp / 15 ml Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp / 3 g Garlic Granules
  • 1 tbsp Parsley Chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • For Assembling The Wrap

    • 1 large Tortilla
    • Chopped Lettuce
    • Chopped Onion
    • Chopped Tomatoes
    • Chopped Cucumber

Instructions

  1. Prepare The Chicken – Place chicken breasts between parchment paper and pound to 1/2-inch thickness. Set aside.
  2. Marinate The Chicken – Mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and spices. Marinate chicken for 30 minutes.
  3. Cook The Chicken – Grill marinated chicken until cooked through.
  4. Prepare The Wrap Sauce – Combine yogurt, sriracha, lemon juice, and seasonings. Set aside.
  5. Assemble The Wrap – Spread wrap sauce on tortilla, add lettuce, chicken, and veggies. Roll up tightly.
  6. Serve and Enjoy – Garnish with lemon and coriander, then enjoy!
