- 1/4 cup Challenge butter, plus more for greasing
- 5 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
For the Filling:
- 7 oz jar marshmallow creme
- 6 Hershey’s chocolate bars (1.55 oz each)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Prepare the Pan: Line a 10×15 jellyroll pan with waxed paper, and butter the paper. Set aside.
- Melt Marshmallows and Butter: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the marshmallows and 1/4 cup of butter. Heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until completely blended.
- Mix the Treats: Stir in the Rice Krispies cereal and graham cracker crumbs until well combined.
- Press into Pan: Press the mixture into the prepared pan.
- Add Filling: Spread the marshmallow creme over the mixture using an offset spatula. Place the Hershey’s chocolate bars on top.
- Soften the Chocolate: Bake in the oven for 2 minutes to soften the chocolate. Use a spatula to spread the chocolate evenly.
- Cool and Roll: Let the mixture cool for 10 minutes. Roll up the treat jellyroll-style, starting from the long side. Peel away the waxed paper as you roll and pinch the seams together.
- Chill: Place the roll seam side down in the refrigerator for 30-45 minutes, or until the chocolate has set.
- Slice and Serve: Slice the roll into pinwheels and serve!
