- 1 box (11.7 ounces) Golden Grahams cereal, divided
- 2 bags (10 ounces each) miniature marshmallows, divided
- 2 cups (364g) milk chocolate chips, divided
- 5 tablespoons unsalted butter
Instructions
- Prepare Pan: Line a 9×13 inch baking dish with parchment paper, with overhang on the sides for easy removal. Spray the parchment paper with baking spray.
- Make Topping: In a small bowl, combine ¾ cup Golden Grahams cereal, ¾ cup miniature marshmallows, and ¾ cup chocolate chips. Set aside.
- Melt Butter and Marshmallows: In a large saucepan over medium-low heat, melt the butter. Add 8 cups of miniature marshmallows and stir constantly until melted and smooth (about 3-4 minutes). Remove from heat.
- Combine with Cereal: Immediately stir in the remaining Golden Grahams cereal, ensuring it’s fully coated in the marshmallow mixture.
- Add Chocolate: Gently fold in the remaining chocolate chips and miniature marshmallows. Avoid overmixing to prevent the chocolate from melting completely.
- Assemble Bars: Press the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the reserved cereal, marshmallow, and chocolate chip mixture over the top, pressing gently to help it adhere.
- Cool and Serve: Let the bars cool completely in the pan for 1-2 hours. Once set, lift them out using the parchment paper overhang. Cut into bars and serve.

- You can use any type of graham cracker cereal for this recipe.
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips or a combination of milk chocolate and dark chocolate chips.
