Salisbury Steak Meatballs

  • 1 bag (26 oz) frozen meatballs (about 3035 meatballs)
  • 2 cups reduced-sodium beef broth
  • 1 packet brown gravy mix
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Cornstarch Slurry

  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons cold water

Instructions

  1. Spray the slow cooker insert: Spray the insert of the slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Add meatballs to slow cooker: Dump the frozen meatballs into the slow cooker.
  3. Prepare gravy mixture: Whisk together beef broth, brown gravy mix, onion soup mix, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over the meatballs and mix well.
  4. Cook meatballs: Cover and cook on LOW for 5-6 hours.
  5. Thicken gravy: Mix cornstarch and cold water, then stir into the slow cooker. Cook for an additional 10 minutes until the gravy thickens.
