- 3 cups (600g) granulated sugar

- 2 cups (1 pint or 476g) heavy whipping cream

Instructions
- Preheat and Prep: Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease and flour two loaf pans.
- Cream Butter and Sugar: In a large bowl or stand mixer, cream together the softened butter and sugar on medium-high speed until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes.
- Add Eggs: Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed.
- Combine Cream and Vanilla: In a separate bowl or measuring cup, whisk together the heavy cream and vanilla extract.
- Alternate Flour and Cream: Gradually add the flour to the batter, alternating with the cream mixture. Begin and end with the flour. Mix until just combined after each addition, being careful not to overmix.
