Description

  • 2 limes
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic

  • Salt and pepper

Pineapple Salsa

  • 3 cups diced pineapple (about 1 whole pineapple)
  • 1 cup cilantro, finely diced
  • 2 tablespoons jalapeño, finely diced
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1 lime
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 large avocado, sliced or diced

Instructions
