Instructions
- How To Smoke Chicken Breast: Start by firing up your smoker to 200°F. Rub chicken breasts with olive oil and season with Traeger Fin and Feather Rub. Place on the smoker grill with a temperature probe inserted. Smoke until internal temp reaches 140°F (40-60 mins).
- Smoked Chicken Temperature: Remove at 140°F, wrap in foil with butter on top. Increase smoker temp to 350°F and smoke until internal temp is 165°F (additional 20 mins).
