- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a muffin tin with liners.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: In a stand mixer or large bowl, combine sugar, brown sugar, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
