- 1/2 cup parmesan, freshly grated
- 1/2 a lemon, juice
- 1–2 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (to garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven: Preheat the oven to 400F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare green beans: Place the trimmed green beans on the baking sheet. Toss them with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Spread them out evenly on the sheet.
- Add seasoning: Sprinkle the grated parmesan over the green beans, ensuring even coverage.
- Roast green beans: Roast the green beans in the oven for about 20 minutes until they are lightly browned, and the cheese is melted and slightly crispy. The beans should be fork-tender yet still crunchy.
