- 1 pound cremini mushrooms, halved or quartered

- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup vegetable broth
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Caramelize Onions: In a large skillet over medium-low heat, melt the butter and olive oil. Add the onion slices and cook for about 5 minutes until they begin to caramelize.
- Cook Vegetables: Add cauliflower, cremini mushrooms, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and vegetable broth to the skillet. Cook for approximately 10 minutes until mushrooms and cauliflower brown.
