Taco Meat:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 3/4 cup water
Assembly:
- 15 oz refried beans
- 10 oz enchilada sauce
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Colby Jack cheese
- 8 flour tortillas taco size
- 1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400º F. In a large skillet, brown ground beef, breaking it into small pieces. Add taco seasoning and water. Simmer until most liquid is absorbed.
- Cook Tortillas: Heat oil in a skillet or griddle. Cook tortillas until crisp.
- Assemble: Spread beans on tortillas, top with taco meat, another tortilla, enchilada sauce, tomatoes, and cheese.
- Bake: Place pizzas on a baking sheet and bake until cheese melts.
- Serve: Slice and enjoy!
