For the Salad:
- 1/2 head of iceberg lettuce, chopped

- 1/3 cup banana peppers or pepperoncini, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped deli meat of choice (salami, turkey, ham, etc.)
- 1/2 cup cheese of choice (Parmesan, smoked cheddar, mozzarella pearls, provolone, etc.)
Instructions
- Make Dressing: In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, salt, red pepper flakes, Italian seasoning, and oregano.
- Combine Ingredients: Add chopped lettuce, sliced tomatoes, red onion, banana peppers (or pepperoncini), deli meat, and cheese to the bowl with the dressing. Toss to combine.
- Serve: Serve immediately and enjoy!
