- 3 tbsp low sodium soy sauce or tamari
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp sriracha
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 3 tbsp water
For the Bowls:
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 1 avocado
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 cup edamame, cooked
- 1/2 cup sriracha mayo
Instructions
- Cut Salmon: Cut the salmon into 1-inch cubes, removing the skin if desired.
- Prepare Marinade: In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, sriracha, garlic, and water.
