- 1/2 cup canned coconut milk (full-fat)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 cups frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- Pineapple wedges for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Add the coconut milk, honey, and vanilla to a high-speed blender. Combine the ingredients in the blender.
- Top with the frozen pineapple chunks and pineapple juice. Add the frozen pineapple and juice on top of the other ingredients in the blender.
