Lettuce:

Ground Beef:

- 1 tsp onion powder

Burger Sauce:
- 4 tbsp sour cream
- 4 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp maple syrup
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Veggies:
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
- 2 large pickles, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
Instructions
- Cook Ground Beef: Heat up a skillet and add the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned (5-7 minutes).
- Prepare Burger Sauce: Mix sour cream, ketchup, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, maple syrup, salt, and pepper.
- Assemble Bowls: Layer lettuce, cooked ground beef, avocado, red onion, pickles, and cherry tomatoes in bowls.
- Finish: Drizzle with burger sauce and season with salt and pepper.
