- 2 cups Pretzels
- 1½ cups Bugles
- 1 cup Pecans
- ¾ cup Candy corn
- ¼ cup Reese’s Pieces or M&M’s (Fall mix)
Instructions
- Prepare Dry Mix: Add the Chex cereal, Bugles, pretzels, and pecans into a large microwave-safe bowl and set aside.
- Make Pumpkin Spice Glaze: Melt the butter in the microwave, then whisk in the brown sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice until smooth with no lumps.
- Combine Mix and Glaze: Pour the pumpkin spice glaze over the dry mixture and gently toss together, using your hands carefully to avoid crushing the pieces.
- Microwave and Stir: Microwave the mix on high for 2 minutes, then remove and toss gently with a rubber spatula or spoon.
- Repeat Heating and Tossing: Microwave for another 2 minutes, remove and toss again, then microwave for a final 1 minute and toss for the last time to ensure even coating.
- Cool the Mix: Spread the mixture onto a nonstick baking pan or parchment paper and let it cool for about 5 to 10 minutes.
- Add Candy: After cooling, mix in the candy corn and Reese’s Pieces or M&M’s, then serve and enjoy your festive Halloween snack.
