Ground Chicken Mixture:

- 2 pounds ground chicken

- 8 ounces tomato sauce or marinara sauce
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 8 ounces mozzarella pearls
- 10 ounces cherry tomatoes, halved
- Fresh chopped basil, balsamic glaze, and grated parmesan cheese for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 500 degrees.
- Sauté onions and garlic: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté diced onions until softened, then add garlic and cook for another minute.
