- 1 box (15.25 oz) confetti cake mix
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 3–4 tablespoons sprinkles
- 1–1 1/3 cups M&Ms
Instructions
- Preheat and Combine: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large bowl, combine the dry cake mix, oil, and eggs. Stir with a spoon until well combined.
- Add Sprinkles and M&Ms: Gently fold in the sprinkles and M&Ms until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
- Shape and Bake: Line baking sheets with parchment paper. Shape dough into 1-inch balls and place them 2 inches apart on the prepared baking sheets. (Optional: Press a few extra M&Ms into the tops of the dough balls.) Bake for 6-7 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden. Do not overbake.
- Cool: Let the cookies cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- Cake Mix: Use any brand of confetti or funfetti cake mix.
- Sprinkles: Use your favorite type of sprinkles, such as jimmies, nonpareils, or quins.
- M&Ms: You can use different varieties of M&Ms, such as milk chocolate, peanut butter, or pretzel.
- Make Ahead: The cookie dough can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
- Storage: Store leftover cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
