- 1 1/3 cups beef broth

Instructions
- Preheat and Combine: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). In an 8×8 inch baking dish, combine rice, French onion soup, and beef broth. Stir to mix well.
- Add Butter and Bake: Dot the top of the mixture with pats of butter. Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Uncover and Bake: Remove the foil and bake for an additional 20 minutes, or until the liquid is absorbed and the rice is tender.
