Instructions
- Caramelize Onions:

- Combine Ingredients:

- Once the rice is cooked, add the heavy cream and shredded chicken. Stir to combine.
- Assemble Casserole:
- Spray a 9×13 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Scoop the rice mixture into the baking dish.
- Sprinkle the shredded Swiss cheese evenly over the top.
- Bake:
- Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake until the cheese is melted and golden brown, about 10 minutes.
