Description

These Easy Oreo Truffles are a simple and decadent treat that requires only a few ingredients. Creamy, chocolatey, and perfect for any occasion!


Ingredients

Oreo Truffles:

  • 36 Oreos (Original, not double-stuffed)
  • 1 package Cream cheese (Full fat, 8 oz package)
  • 23 cups Melted white chocolate (Can be replaced with semisweet chocolate)

For Topping:

  • 1/4 cup Additional Oreos, crushed

Instructions

  1. Crush Oreos: Add the Oreos to a food processor and pulse until fine crumbs form.
  2. Mix Ingredients: Add cream cheese to the crumbs and pulse until well combined.
  3. Roll into Balls: Scoop small portions of the mixture and roll into small balls.
  4. Chill: Place the balls on a tray lined with wax paper and chill in the freezer for about 20 minutes.
  5. Dip in Chocolate: Dip each ball in melted chocolate and place back on the tray.
  6. Add Toppings: Optionally, sprinkle some crushed Oreos on top before the chocolate sets.
  7. Set and Enjoy: Allow the chocolate to set for 15-20 minutes at room temperature before serving.
