Oreo Truffles:
- 36 Oreos (Original, not double-stuffed)
- 1 package Cream cheese (Full fat, 8 oz package)
- 2–3 cups Melted white chocolate (Can be replaced with semisweet chocolate)
For Topping:
- 1/4 cup Additional Oreos, crushed
Instructions
- Crush Oreos: Add the Oreos to a food processor and pulse until fine crumbs form.
- Mix Ingredients: Add cream cheese to the crumbs and pulse until well combined.
- Roll into Balls: Scoop small portions of the mixture and roll into small balls.
- Chill: Place the balls on a tray lined with wax paper and chill in the freezer for about 20 minutes.
- Dip in Chocolate: Dip each ball in melted chocolate and place back on the tray.
- Add Toppings: Optionally, sprinkle some crushed Oreos on top before the chocolate sets.
- Set and Enjoy: Allow the chocolate to set for 15-20 minutes at room temperature before serving.
