Simple Arrowroot biscuits are transformed into cute bunny faces with melted white chocolate, marshmallows, candy eyes, and Skittles. - 200g (1 packet) Arrowroot biscuits (gluten-free if needed)
- 150g white chocolate, melted (dairy-free option available)
- 20 large white marshmallows
- 1/4 cup 100s and 1000s sprinkles
- 40 candy eyes
- 20 Skittles candies
Instructions
- Prepare Ingredients: Gather all the ingredients and have the candy eyes and Skittles ready for decorating.
- Decorate Marshmallows: Pour the 100s and 1000s sprinkles into a shallow bowl. Cut each marshmallow in half diagonally and dip the sticky side into the sprinkles. Set aside.
- Arrange Biscuits: Arrange the Arrowroot biscuits on trays lined with baking paper.
- Melt Chocolate: Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Alternatively, use the double boiler method (see notes).
- Coat Biscuits: Spoon a dollop of melted white chocolate onto each biscuit and spread evenly.
- Create Bunny Faces: Place two marshmallow halves on each biscuit for ears. Add two candy eyes below the ears and a Skittle candy for the nose.
- Set and Serve: Refrigerate for 10 minutes, or until the chocolate sets. Serve and enjoy!
Notes
- Use gluten-free Arrowroot biscuits if needed.
- Dairy-free white chocolate can be used for a vegan-friendly option.
- To melt chocolate using a double boiler:
- Fill a saucepan with a small amount of water and bring to a simmer.
- Place a heatproof bowl over the saucepan (make sure the bottom of the bowl doesn’t touch the water).
- Add the chocolate to the bowl and stir occasionally until melted.
- Remove the bowl from the heat once the chocolate is melted.
