- 1 bag frozen dinner rolls (such as Rhodes)
- 2 tablespoons Kalamata olives, chopped
- 2 tablespoons green olives, chopped
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2/3 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Layer Rolls and Olives: Grease a loaf pan with cooking spray or olive oil. Place a layer of frozen dinner rolls in the pan and drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Sprinkle with half of the chopped olives. Add another layer of frozen rolls, then top with the remaining olives, oregano, and the remaining olive oil.
- Rise: Cover the loaf pan with plastic wrap and let the rolls rise in a warm place for 3-4 hours, or until doubled in size.
- Bake: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Sprinkle the top of the risen dough with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown. If the top browns too quickly, cover with foil for the last 10 minutes of baking.
