Pasta:
- 1 lb. elbow macaroni pasta
Cheese:
- 8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 4 oz. American deli cheese, cut into 1″ cubes
Sauce:
- 4 tablespoons butter, cut into 1” cubes
- 3 cups half and half
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: Place all ingredients in the slow cooker.
- Cook: Set on LOW and stir every 30 minutes for up to 2 hours.
- Check Doneness: After 1 ½ hours, check pasta for tenderness. Adjust cooking time if needed.
- Adjust Consistency: If sauce is too thick, add a few tablespoons of milk.
- Serve: Enjoy immediately or keep warm in the slow cooker until ready to serve.
