Description

A delightful and refreshing Chicken, Apple & Grape Salad with Creamy Dressing that combines tender chicken, sweet grapes, crisp apples, and crunchy almonds in a creamy yogurt-based dressing.


Ingredients

Dressing

  • 6 ounces Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • Salt & pepper

Salad

  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast (about 2 cups diced)
  • 1 cup sliced red grapes
  • 1 cup diced apple
  • 2 celery stalks sliced
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley roughly chopped

Instructions

  1. Mix dressing ingredients together: In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, sour cream, mayonnaise, honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Adjust to taste and set aside.
