Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: Add the cottage cheese, fresh dill, garlic clove, salt, and pepper to a food processor.
- Process: Process until you reach your desired consistency. For a chunkier dip, process briefly. For a smoother dip, process longer.
- Adjust Consistency: Add the cold water and process a bit more to combine. Add more water, 1 tablespoon at a time, to adjust the consistency to your liking.
- Serve: Transfer the dip to a bowl and serve on a platter with fresh vegetables and crackers.
