Cottage Cheese Queso:
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 teaspoon taco seasoning
Instructions
- Blend Cottage Cheese: Add cottage cheese to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Microwave Cheese: Transfer the blended cottage cheese to a microwave-safe bowl. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and taco seasoning.
- Microwave: Microwave for 1 minute, then stir well. Cook for another 30 seconds, stirring in between, until smooth (about 2 minutes total).
- Garnish and Serve: Optionally garnish with pico de gallo, salsa, or cilantro. Serve with tortilla chips.
