Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven and Prepare Muffin Tin: Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C). Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners and set aside to ensure easy cupcake removal later.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the cake flour, baking soda, and baking powder. Set this mixture aside for incorporation with the wet ingredients.
  3. Cream Butter and Sugar, Add Wet Ingredients: In a medium bowl, cream the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, whisking to combine. Then pour in the milk and vanilla extract, whisking until the mixture is smooth.
  4. Combine Wet and Dry Mixtures: Gradually add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients bowl, mixing gently until you achieve a smooth, uniform batter without overmixing.
  5. Fill Cupcake Liners: Spoon the batter into the cupcake liners, filling each about two-thirds full to allow room for rising during baking.
