- 9.25 oz. bag of Fritos
- 30 oz. Nalley Original Chili
- 3 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 1/2 cup diced white onion
Instructions
- Prepare the Slow Cooker: Spray the inside of the slow cooker with non-stick spray to prevent sticking and make cleanup easier.
- Layer Ingredients: Sprinkle 1.5 cups of Fritos evenly across the bottom of the slow cooker. Spoon the entire 30 oz. of chili over the Fritos layer. Then, sprinkle half of the diced white onions and half of the shredded cheddar cheese on top of the chili. Spread all the sour cream evenly over the cheese layer.
- Finish Layering: Top the sour cream with the remaining shredded cheddar cheese and diced onions, creating a layered casserole.
- Cook: Cover the slow cooker with its lid and cook on high heat for 2 hours, allowing the flavors to meld and the cheese to melt perfectly.
- Serve: Once cooked, serve the casserole topped with the remaining Fritos for added crunch and enjoy a flavorful dish.
