- 2 cups cooked and diced chicken breast
- 2 cups chopped spinach (optional)
- 24 ounces cheese ravioli (fresh or frozen), cooked and drained
- 4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 15 ounces Alfredo sauce
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
Homemade Alfredo Sauce Option:
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup butter
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 6 ounces grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 pinch grated nutmeg
Instructions
- Cook Ravioli: Cook ravioli according to package directions and drain. Set aside.
- Sauté Mushrooms and Garlic: Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic, mushrooms, salt, and pepper. Sauté until softened.
- Make Alfredo Sauce: Stir in cream cheese until melted and smooth. Whisk in Alfredo sauce (or use the Homemade Alfredo Sauce ingredients and instructions below).
- Combine Ingredients: Add cooked chicken, ravioli, and spinach to the skillet. Simmer for 2 minutes, or until heated through and spinach is wilted.
- Serve: Sprinkle with fresh basil and serve immediately.
Homemade Alfredo Sauce Instructions:
- Combine Ingredients: In a saucepan, combine milk, heavy cream, butter, and cream cheese. Heat over medium heat, whisking constantly, until smooth.
- Thicken with Cheese: Remove from heat and whisk in Parmesan cheese and nutmeg until smooth.

- Use your favorite type of cheese ravioli.
- For a richer flavor, use freshly grated Parmesan cheese for the Alfredo sauce.
- If you don’t have fresh basil, you can use dried basil.
