Description

Ingredients

  • 2 flatbreads (10-inch), or a French loaf cut in half lengthwise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, or to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat and Combine: Preheat broiler to high (500°F or 260°C). In a bowl, combine cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
