- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, or to taste
Instructions
- Preheat and Combine: Preheat broiler to high (500°F or 260°C). In a bowl, combine cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Assemble and Broil: Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the flatbreads. Place on a baking sheet and broil for 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden brown.
