These Cheeseburger Flatbreads are a fun and delicious twist on a classic cheeseburger. Flavorful ground beef, melted cheese, and all the traditional toppings are piled onto crispy flatbreads for a satisfying and easy meal.

- 2 stone-fired flatbreads
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 1 lb ground beef
- 6 slices American cheese
- 2 Roma tomatoes, sliced 1/2-inch thick
- 2 pickles, thinly sliced
- 1 lb whole milk mozzarella cheese, freshly grated
- Ketchup and mustard, for drizzling
- Garlic aioli and baby arugula, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat and Prep: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Par-bake Flatbreads: Brush melted butter around the edges of the flatbreads and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Place on prepared baking sheets and bake for 10 minutes.
- Brown Beef: While flatbreads are par-baking, heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a spatula, until browned. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Drain any excess grease.
- Melt Cheese: Add American cheese slices to the cooked beef and stir until melted.
- Assemble Flatbreads: Drizzle ketchup and mustard in a zigzag pattern over the par-baked flatbreads. Top with grated mozzarella cheese, cooked ground beef, tomato slices, and pickle slices.
- Bake: Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
- Garnish and Serve: Garnish with garlic aioli and baby arugula. Slice and serve immediately.
