- 2 teaspoons light olive oil

- 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce (more if desired)
- 1 1/2 cups diced cooked chicken (approximately 3/4 pounds)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/3 cup blue cheese dressing
- 1/3 cup sliced green onions (about 3 green onions)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
- Prepare the flatbreads: Place flatbreads on a parchment paper-lined sheet pan and brush the edges lightly with olive oil. Bake for 5 minutes until warmed.
- Add toppings: Remove the flatbreads from the oven and spread buffalo sauce evenly over both. Sprinkle diced chicken and mozzarella cheese on top. Drizzle with blue cheese dressing.
