Description

This delightful Brunch Punch recipe is a refreshing and fruity beverage perfect for gatherings or lazy weekend mornings.


Ingredients

Main Ingredients:

  • 1 12oz can orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 4 cups pineapple juice
  • 3 cups water
  • 6 cups ice
  • 4 cups ginger ale

Additional Ingredients:

  • 2 large lemons, sliced thin
  • 2 large tangerines, sliced thin
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, sliced

Instructions

  1. Combine Juices: In a large punch bowl, mix the thawed orange juice concentrate and pineapple juice. Add water, tasting and adjusting up to 1 additional cup.
  2. Add Ingredients: Add ice, sliced lemons, tangerines, and strawberries. Stir in ginger ale.
  3. Serve: Garnish with extra fruit and special straws. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • This punch can be made ahead and refrigerated, adding the ginger ale just before serving to keep it fizzy.
