Description

A fusion twist on traditional Mexican birria, this Birria Ramen combines tender stew beef in a flavorful broth with ramen noodles, topped with a variety of fresh garnishes.

Seasoning:

  • 1 ounce envelope birria seasoning packet

Ramen:

Toppings:

  • Soft boiled egg
  • Cilantro

Instructions

  1. Prep Ingredients: Place stew beef, onion, garlic, birria seasoning packet, and water in a slow cooker.
  2. Cook on Low: Slow cook for 4-6 hours until beef is tender.
  3. Add Ramen: 20 minutes before serving, add ramen noodles, cover, and cook until tender.
  4. Serve: Serve in bowls and top with soft boiled egg, cilantro, onion, lime, and jalapeno.
