Instructions
- Freeze Cheese: Cut mozzarella sticks into bite-sized pieces and freeze until solid.
- Prepare Dredging Stations: In a small bowl, whisk the egg. In another bowl, combine flour, garlic salt, and Italian seasoning. Place Panko breadcrumbs in a third shallow dish.
- Bread Cheese: Dip frozen cheese bites in the flour mixture, then the egg wash, and finally the Panko breadcrumbs, ensuring they are fully coated.
- Bake: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray. Arrange breaded cheese bites on the baking sheet and spray the tops with cooking spray. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Watch closely to prevent over-melting.

- Freezing: If not baking immediately, freeze the breaded cheese bites again until ready to bake.
