Instructions
- Prepare Eggs: Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and carefully scoop out the yolks into a mixing bowl. Arrange the egg white halves on a serving platter for filling.
- Mix Filling: Add the avocado, lime juice, finely chopped red onion, cilantro, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the mixing bowl with the egg yolks.
- Mash Ingredients: Use a fork to mash all ingredients together until the mixture is smooth and creamy, ensuring all flavors are well combined.
- Fill Egg Whites: Spoon the avocado and egg yolk mixture back into the egg white halves. For a more decorative presentation, use a piping bag to pipe the filling.
