A delightful Asian-inspired salad featuring crispy chicken tenders tossed in sweet chili sauce, served on a crunchy egg roll base with a fresh Asian salad mix.

Asian Crunch Chicken Salad:
- 1 bag Asian Salad mix
- 1 pound chicken tenders (Rotisserie or any cooked chicken will also work)
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
Crispy Egg Roll Base:
- 4 egg roll wrappers, fried or baked
- Oil for frying or baking the egg roll wrappers
Instructions
- Crispy Egg Roll Base: In a medium skillet, add enough oil to cover the bottom of the frying pan over medium-high heat. Place each wrapper in 350℉ heated oil and fry on each side until golden and crispy, about 30 to 60 seconds per side.
- Asian Crunch Chicken Salad: Place Asian Salad mix in a bag and toss with the included ingredients. Toss chicken tenders in sweet chili sauce (about 2 tablespoons per 2 tenders or to taste). Coat the chicken tenders with the sauce or drizzle it over them as desired.
