Description

These Apple Pie Taquitos are a delightful and easy-to-make dessert or snack. Flour tortillas are filled with a sweet apple pie filling, rolled up, and baked until golden and crispy. They’re perfect for a warm and comforting treat.

  • 1 (20-ounce) can apple pie filling
  • 12 medium flour tortillas (soft taco size)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat and Prep: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Brush a 9×13 inch baking dish with some of the melted butter.
  • Prepare Filling: In a shallow dish, combine sugar and cinnamon. Chop the apple pie filling into smaller pieces using a knife.
  • Fill and Roll: Lay a tortilla flat and spoon 2 tablespoons of the chopped apple pie filling down the center. Roll up tightly.
  • Coat and Arrange: Brush the rolled taquito with melted butter and then roll it in the cinnamon-sugar mixture. Place the taquito seam-side down in the prepared baking dish. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
