Potatoes:
- 1 kg potatoes, peeled and diced into small cubes
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1 Tablespoon all-purpose seasoning
- 1/2 Tablespoon garlic granules
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Sausage:
- 400 g Kielbasa sausages, sliced
- 1 medium brown onion, chopped
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 180C/360F.
- Prepare Potatoes: Rinse diced potatoes under cold water, pat dry, season with seasoning, garlic, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Air fry for 10-12 minutes.
- Prepare Sausage and Onions: Slice sausages, chop onions, toss in olive oil. Add to potatoes and air fry for an additional 5-8 minutes.
