Instructions
- Prepare the sauce mixture: In a small mixing bowl, combine ¾ cup of pizza sauce with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well and set aside ¼ cup for serving later.
- Mix the cheeses: In a medium bowl, combine grated cheddar, mozzarella, and parmesan cheeses. Mix evenly, chopping any large pieces for consistent distribution.
- Assemble the rolls: Prepare a bowl of water to moisten wonton edges for sealing. Take one wonton wrapper and place 1 teaspoon of pizza sauce mixture in the center. Add 1 tablespoon of the cheese mixture and 3-4 slices of mini pepperoni on top.
- Seal the wrappers: Dip your finger in water and moisten the edges of the wonton wrapper. Fold each corner over the filling to form an envelope, pressing edges firmly to seal. Repeat for all wrappers.
